How to Sign Up for the HRMS Karnataka Portal
The Karnataka HRMS site does not yet have a web registration process, so please keep that in mind. For this, you have to sign up in person. Here is what you need to do:
- Employees should go to their DDO offices to complete the registration process.
- Give the DDO the registered phone number and other personal information.
- Everything you put in should be true because it will be used the whole time you’re in the area.
- The DDO officers will send your password to the phone number you gave them.
- Your Employee Code will be your user ID when you log in to the HRMS site.
- Once you have your User ID and password, you can log in to the official Karnataka human resource management system site.

- Go to http://www.hrms.karnataka.gov.in, which is the Karnataka HRMS website.
- If you click the link above, the website’s home page will appear, as shown in the picture below.
- From the Login page, choose one of these options: (1) HRMS Government; (2) HRMS Aided; or (3) HRMS Boards/Universities.
- To log in, enter your User ID (Employee Code) and the password you were given at the DDO office.
- Type in the Captcha Code and pick the language you want to use.
- Finally, press the “Login” button. Once the system checks the information, it will open the “State.”
Employees can see information about their jobs, pay stubs, and their data on their HRMS Account. They can also use all of your services but will have to log out after a few steps to ensure no one enters your account.
