Block PNB Credit Card

Net Banking card blocking
- Access your PNB net banking account.
- Select ‘ATM/Debit Card Hotlisting’ under ‘Value Added Service’.
- Choose ‘Account Number’ from the drop-down list.
- Click ‘Continue’ to view the card linked to the selected account.
- Choose the card number. You can manually input the card number in the ‘Card Number’ field if it is not shown.
- Enter the IBS Transaction Password and click ‘Submit’.
- Instant confirmation of card hotlisting will be displayed.
Credit card blocking through the mobile app
App instructions to block the card:
- To access the PNB One App, use your login credentials.
- Select Credit Card, then select ‘Hotlist Credit Card’ on the following screen.
- Choose the account number from the drop-down list to hotlist the appropriate card.
- Click ‘Continue’ once finished.
- Select the card number from the displayed account card.
- To proceed, enter the transaction password and click ‘Continue’.
- Hotlisting a credit card is permanent.
Credit card blocking through Customer Care
- Contact PNB’s credit card customer service hotline to ban or hotlist your card.
- To disable the card, call the bank’s 24-hour toll-free helpline at 1800 180 2222 or 1800 103 2222, or call the paid hotline 0120-2490000.

Offline credit card block
You can ban your credit card at your local Punjab National Bank branch. Your payment card and identity documents are necessary. Bank representatives will assist you in blocking the card.
